How do I make a reservation?

There are various ways to book a trip to Hotel Luxor:

A deposit is required upon confirmation and will be refunded in case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (unless otherwise stated in the booking); deposits will be lost if trips are cancelled or modified during the 15 days before your stay.

How can I pay the deposit?

Your booking will be confirmed following payment of a deposit equal to the balance of your first night’s stay (for stays lasting up to 3 nights) or equal to 30% of the trip total for longer stays. The deposit can be paid by postal order or bank transfer and should be made out to Otello Brunelli, IBAN: IT 39 V 05387 23606 0000 0000 4010. You can also pay by credit card. Please specify your name and length of stay in the payment reference field.

I have chosen the ‘Insured Rate’ – what does it mean?

As times are still uncertain, we have decided to activate a rate that includes insurance, which will protect you and your loved ones from unforeseen events by guaranteeing a refund of up to 100% in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation and modification of your booking are free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival.
In this case the entire amount paid as a deposit will be refunded to you.                                                                               In case of cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be returned minus the insurance amount, providing proof of illness, accident or Covid positivity to be sent on the outcome date.                  In case of cancellation after 48 hours, the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty.

*The value of the insurance is €10 per day per room.

Is there a city tax?

The city tax is €2.5 per person per day during the months of  May, June, July, August and September for the first 7 consecutive nights. Children up to the age of fourteen are exempt and are not included in the price. City tax must be paid in cash upon departure.


What are your check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are available from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Full board starts from lunchtime on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals cannot be accumulated.

What if I want to stay longer?

In winter, you can enjoy the benefits of a late check-out by purchasing our brunch service. Alternatively, you can leave your luggage with us while making the most of the hotel’s services.

What happens if I leave earlier than expected?

In case of early departure, guests will be asked to make a payment equal to 3 nights’ stay subsequent to their actual date of departure.

I’m travelling with a small child. Are there services available to prepare baby food?

Our chef will be happy to prepare fresh baby food, according to your kid’s needs and preferences always using the freshest ingredients.

You can also request to dine in the restaurant earlier on in the evening so that you can eat with more peace of mind.

Is there an entertainment service?

Of course! On summer from 13th June to 4th September, from 10.00am to 2.30pm and from 4.30pm to 10.30pm the children’s world is filled up with movement and creativity, you play, build and in any moment there is always something exciting to do.

Morning and afternoon there are games, tournaments and creative workshops on the beach or in the pool, with a dedicated animator. Immediately after meals, both at lunch and at dinner, your child will be assisted by our friendly animator who is always careful to offer him the maximum wellness and fun together with other children, to learn and make new friends.Moreover every evening, at the hotel, workshops, face painting, baby dance … and lots of laughs!

What if I need a babysitter?

No problem at all! We offer a paid service upon request. Our trustworthy members of staff will take care of your little ones, helping them out with any summer activities!

What services are available for children in the hotel rooms?

We have everything you need: baby baths, cots, protective side bars, high chairs, cutlery and coloured glasses.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the building?

Yes, of course! You can connect comfortably in all hotel areas as well as in your room with our 100mb Fibre Wi-Fi.

Do you offer an all-inclusive option?

We offer a full-board service that included meals, water, sunbeds and soft drinks by the pool. In the hotel you can also purchase our beach service at a discounted rate

Do you have bicycles available?

We have decided not to hold a rental bike service for several reasons: the reasons are that everyone does his job and we did not seem right to replace those who have a store dedicated to this and also because we like doing things ” well done” and we realized that we were not so good in repairing bicycles. Then we have contacted the nearest rental bicycles shop and got a discount reserved for our guests who will be free to choose a comfortable bike, including the one for their children that we did not have it in past years.

I have a small dog; can I bring it with me on holiday?

Small dogs are welcome with a little extra charge, but out of respect for our guests they can’t enter the restaurant or pool area; we also have a dog-sitting service available upon request.


Where is the pool?

The pool has a surface area of ​​about 900m2, is just 150 meters from the hotel towards the beach and can be easily reached on foot. Here you will find a back-massage fountain, a pool for the little ones, two whirlpool areas, sunbeds and free non-alcoholic drinks. Although our property also allows access to guests from another hotel given the pool’s ample size, loungers are reserved for our guests.

Is the pool heated?

No, the pool is not heated and is open during the months of June, July and August until mid-September. You will also find a pool-side corner bar offering free soft drinks and comfortable loungers.

Do you provide beach towels?

We provide the beach towels service included.


Is there parking?

Of course! The hotel is located 20 metres from the pedestrian area of ​​Milano Marittima, right in the centre of town. There are several parking options available:

  • you can reserve a space in the hotel courtyard with an extra cost (we will ask you to leave the keys with us)
  • on the street, with a daily supplement and we issue a permit upon payment of a €50 deposit by cash, which will be fully-refunded upon departure
  • free of charge in the new car park 500 m from the hotel.

The car parks are not monitored.
